I have ordered a Bosch pressure car washer in Flipkart @ 29/10/2020 the order has been placed but it was cancelled by Flipkart on 31/10/2020 in the reason of out of stock talked to customer care executive they r telling by mistake in server the problem has occurred sorry for the inconveniences we have sent you a 1000rs gift voucher and the amount will be credited in your account on 12/11/2020 . I have told I don't want money I need the product .they told they can't do anything u order again the same. Product I have attached the details below. Thanking you .

Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry for the trouble caused. The seller has processed the refund of Rs. 4124 + 100 Super coins for order ID: OD[protected] on Oct 31 2020 and will reflect in your bank account by Nov 12 2020. Request you to note down the ARN: 30001003060303075583836. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.
