[Resolved] Flipkart — ordered product not received | |
I ordered a titan watch via flipkart on 02-oct-19. Usually, flipkart delivers the product within a couple of days, however, i noticed that the delivery date was set on 20-oct-19. Patiently, i followed up with flipkart customer case if the delivery can be accelerated. Unfortunately, all flipkart representatives indirectly stating that they can't help and i need to wait till 20-oct-19. Also, in their words "you need not worry, the seller's courier partner will make sure to get your order delivered to you earliest. We are working closely with them to make sure that your order reaches you as earliest as possible. Please be assured, you will get your order as per the timeline." Unfortunately, i did not receive the item yet and they consecutively rescheduling the delivery date every time when the actual delivery date arrives. No flipkart representative can give me any assure delivery date except repeating that i need to wait till next delivery date. It is a pain for me that i gifted the watch to my father on festival occasion and flipkart team keeps failing all the dates and have no clue when this can be delivered. Every time, i get assurance on the latest delivery date and eventually that get rescheduled to the next 3rd day, recent is 26th which is also over!! Flipkart also did not inform any status via any medium so far. It seems flipkart team has no value for time and integrity. Hence, i want to ensure that flipkart like companies have integrity and value for consumer's time and effort going forward. They must not take the order and fails to deliver it. I also like to have compensation for all of these hassles. I have attached reasonable proofs, and will provide more as required. +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |
