[Resolved] Flipkart — orders cancelled automatically by flipkart | |||
I ordered samsung mobile worth 6990 rs through flipkart website. It charged my card, approved the transaction but after one hour the order got cancelled automatically and got an email that my money will be refunded in 6-7 business days to my bank. I placed one more order of the same again, flipkart charged my card and again cancelled the order, got an email that my money will be refunded in 6-7 business days. Tried calling their customer support number so many times but no answer, i don't know why they say 24x7 customer support if they can't even answer the call.in my flipkart account it shows the order was cancelled by me but i never cancelled the two orders. I contacted them through email and they responded that it was a system error on their side and asking me place the order again. They already holded my 14000rs and expecting me to place another order of 7000rs. What kind of service are they offering to the customers? What is the guarantee that even i placed another order it will go through and they will not hold my money for another 1 week? Was this information helpful? | |||
