[Resolved] Flipkart — Orders cancelled without prior notice and valid reason | |||||
I ordered two prepaid products from flipkart. Both the orders were shipped on the address where i used to get the orders from flipkart earlier also. I ordered products in big billion sale with some discount. I got tracking details of shipment also. When the products reached my station they showed address mismatch although flipkart has delivered on the same address many times. I contacted flipkart that i myself will collect the product as i had already paid the amount. Then suddenly i got the notification about their cancellation when i was eagerly waiting for my orders. Then i called courier partner (Ekart logistics), they first asked me the company from where i ordered. I told them its flipkart then they suddenly got angry and asked me to inquire from flipkart only. We will not provide you any details. Then i came to know that flipkart had actually not sent any products. They just had uploaded fake shipment details. So they canceled the orders without any reason. I have suffered a lot by calling flipkart 1000 of times that i am ready to collect the oreder if you have sent but they were saying again and again your address is wrong although they have already delivered many items on the same address. They were lying and telling this or that excuse even when i said i myself will collect the item from local courier hub. But they were telling me to re-order these products, this time at more price as the discount offer was over. So my concern is: if i ordered the product on discount i should get the same with that price only as i had paid the money on line as well as prepaid order. I am very disappointed by their service. Dec 16, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 26, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Order was cancelled due to pincode given by customer was out of delivery area and same update given to customer.
Verified Support Nov 13, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with customer and informed him that due to non serviceable area from the logistics team the shipment didn't get delivered. Customer said that the third party couriers are delivering the product only EKL is not delivering the product. So apologies to customer regarding the issue and informed him that we will take up the feedback so that we can delivery the shipment in your address by our logistics team. So closing the case. | |||||
