I have ordered nokia tv on 2 jan, 2020 with order id: Od[protected], have waited for 10 days beyond the promised date by flipkart which s 9th of jan. Even though the product hasn't been delievred and cancelled without any prior notice to me. Again for the second time have ordered the same item vide order id: od[protected], which was also followed the same scenario keeping me waiting till 23rd jan (Promised date: 20 jan, 2020), and cancelled on their own without any prior information. Due to unforeseen issues faced by the seller, the product "Nokia 139cm (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV with Sound by JBL" has been canceled. The seller has confirmed that a refund has been completed on 11 Jan 20. It will reflect in your credit card by 21 Jan 20. Request you to note down the refund reference number[protected]. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance.
