Dear team, When order is reached to nearest hub of your delivery client, suddenly i have recevied update out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch). 1. I want to know that when your client taking charge to deliver order to the door at the given address and pin no, then why not they do that? 2. When you are charging delivery charge who cover risk for return of order due to delivery area not match or any other issues provided by delivery client. Wishing you will understand servicing problem.
