[Resolved] Flipkart — package not delivered and not giving refund either. | |
Hello, I ordered one mobile worth rs. 8500 from flipkart, order no od[protected], as per flipkart product is shipped by dotzot With tracking no[protected] on 27th april. Its now 10 days, dotzot agent never called me and neither showed up at my home and wrongly updated status 2 times that shipment could not be delivered. To the height of this, they stopped updating statuses now from 1st may 2019 and now status is product is out for delivery. When i call flipkart they says product is to be attempted 3 times to get refund and dotzot is not updating status of 3rd attempt in short flipkart & dotzot is doing fraud and it seems clear case of money laundering. They not delivering me my product of rs. 8500 mobile and giving excuses when asked for refund. I request you to take very string action against both parties and give me refund as fast as possible.
