[Resolved]  Flipkart — paid order not being delivered...!!?

I have requested as well emailed to flipkart - all personnells but nil response received for the item which i have paid... Flipkart is not delivering... Nil response too..

Please suggest as what i should do for this cheating case..??? I have waited for so long... Called more than 15 times... Chases customer care for my item for which i have paid money... Again and again different commitment and again new date for delivery... But still dt 23.10.2019 - it is pending..???
Please note that this is my last mail request for my item and now onwards i will highlight your cheating case among all commercial business partners and social media and i will not be responsible for this..!! My order number : od[protected]
Complaint number : in[protected] dt 15.10.2019... Initially was suppose to deliver on 14th oct 19... Not delivered... Again committed on 19th... Nil. Again committed on 21st... Nil... Now nil communication...
Request not to cheat with customer, i paid full amount of item. Can i expect an explanation that what is going on,,,!!!
Request your good selves to deliver my parcel with penalty charges.. Awaiting till evening,

Request not to cheat with customer, i paid full amount of item. Committed delivery was 14th oct 19.. Not delivered.. Again committed on 19th oct 2019... As baba ji ki kheti... Not delivered..?? Agail foolishly committing for 21st oct 2019... Can i expect an explanation that what is going on,,,!!!
Really i belive - flipkart a cheating company.. Called to customer care executives for 45 minutes and discussed and finally came to know that it is not their part... To resolve...
Actual mistake is of customer who has believed in flipkart and paid money and ordered.. Cheating company for misusing my money, expecting my item on priority and penalty for heating...
