[Resolved]  Flipkart — Paid successfully through internet banking but they say amount not received

I ordered a tv on 21/10/2016, and payed the amount rs. 39990 immediately by internet banking, using my sbi bank account. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my bank account, but i got a message from flipkart saying the transaction was not successful with the suggestion to use different payment method. I completed the order by choosing 'pay on delivery' method (I intentionally chose delivery after 2 weeks assuming they resolve the issue before that) and wrote to flipkart customer support about the deducted amount. They initially told me that they will get back to me on 22nd, they wrote that they are looking in to it and will write on 23rd. But no news so far (It is already 24th 7pm). The amount is still deducted from my account and there was no reimbursement as of yet. These seems to be a widespread problem as i see many others with similar issue.

I received my order of 3s prime in sale of Flipkart, but after using 3 days it did not switch on customer care give solutions but they not working and now company ignoring me by saying your not in range etc
