Dear sir I purchased panasonic eluga a3 mobile through your website, unboxing product camera is not working flashing message can't connect to camera. Please make sure to close other apps that may use camera or flashlight. So contact to customer care they ask me to follow the instructions after that reboot phone but results same. Then i call panasonic customer care they also gave instructions i followed simultaneously and yet again same problem then they asked to return /replacement of product.
