Hi, Acount name arti t, have ordered a panasonic mixer grinder which i received daged, i complained about it they ur employees assured me for a replacement by 8th june.and the product pickup till 3rd june. Now the harrasment begins, one man came for a pick up but did not picked it up as he was not having vehicle, told me he will come back later.so many times i message and called ur site employees no ine was able to give me a perfect answer.just assuring me mam wait till 8th june now today the girl told me to wait till 11 june. I messaege them that i[censored] dont have replacement that just refund the amount. One more harrassment is the site is saying that ur return period is over. Its the fault o[censored]r site how can i be responsible for the period is overv. Kindly look into this matter. It a total faliue by ur side and a financial and mental harrassment i am facing due to telling again an again the same story to ur employees is uncountable.
