[Resolved] Flipkart — parcel not getting delivered | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I am ashish pandey. I have ordered phone on flipkart during their festive offer. The product was supposed to get delivered by 26th october. I have attached image in which it is showing that item is packed and delivery date is 26th october. Today is 10th november it has been more than 2 weeks i haven't received my phone. I get call from flipkart executive they are saying to cancel order because they are not able to track my order and not able to deliver my phone. The executives are calling again and again only to say cancel order but they are not giving me any solution regarding my order. I have even made prepayment of my phone. I told executive that i am ready to wait but i wont cancel my order. I have ordered phone to give as a birthday gift to my friend which was on 28th october. I even called flipkart executive on 26th october they assured me that i will deliver my phone latest by 31st october, i was ready to wait and give the gift to my friend even after birthday (I mean it was just delay of 2 days from actual birthday, i would have manage). I gave my full corporation to flipkart. But now they are calling me again and again to cancel my order. They even told me that if i dont cancel order from my side then the seller will cancel order from his end. Its clear they dont care about my order and they dont want to give any solution to me. They are being so unfair towards me. They are not valuing their customer. Now you tell me why should i cancel my order? Dont you think they should make arrange for my phone? Dont you think they should coordinate with the seller and find out what actually happen to my phone and make arrangement of my phone instead of telling me to cancel my order? I ordered phone in good deal. Flipkart offered 10% off on axis bank card. The cost of phone now is 23999 but i got in good deal at price 21598. And now if i cancel order i will be in loss of 2401 which is a big amount. So i dont want to cancel order. I am ready to wait but i want my phone to be delivered to me as i have ordered. Flipkart is a good brand. People trust its service. I trust its service. Please maintain your trust. I have been using flipkart from many years and this the very first time i am facing such issue. All phones and many items i have purchased from flipkart and its service have been very nice and reliable. I dont like to complain but flipkart is doing injustice to me this time. Please help me!!! Ps : i have even ordered extra 1 year warranty with the phone, i haven't received that too. I have attached image of my order details. Please have a look.
