[Resolved] Flipkart — parin led bed | |||
Order id : od[protected] Refund id :[protected] I have returned the product but waiting for refund since 20 days. Everytime i call the customer care, i get the same response that "concerned team is looking into the matter and i should get a resolution by so and so date". And they keep extending the dates. I have got 5 dates till now and it kind of makes me feel that i am fighting a court case (Date pe date!). Guys, if you can't deliver a flawless product, atleast replace it soon or refund. Amazon is much better in terms of customer service. You have already lost some of the customers including me and my entire family because of this incident. When i asked for the replacement of the bed, the customer service executive said that i will have to return the bed and then i get a new one after 14 days. Are you guys insane? Should i sleep on floor for 2 weeks even after paying the money? Sooner or later you should realize that your such faulty policies which is designed to trouble the customer will ultimately lead to customer churning to other e-com companies.
