[Resolved] Flipkart — paylater account | |
I have a flipkart account but from past 7 months i am not able to login into my account and i am getting emails and sms from flipkart to make payment for paylater account but i have not used my paylater account for such purchase from flipkart this all happened after my account blocked. Please help me and stop sending this email and messages and remove all the charges from my account for the purchase which i have not made. I have contacted flipkart for this so many times but no solutions was given to me. I just want to stop this email and sms remove all charges. Mar 9, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 04, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support Feb 04, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that his account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as our systems have detected that customer has been making unfair use of the offers under our Token of apology, his account is blocked. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

We have ordered JBL speaker on 20th Jan '18 through Flipkart during the independence sale, but brick was delivered today instead of JBL speaker.
