[Resolved] Flipkart — payment made for 1.2 ton hitachi ac.. order not executed... refund pending since 10 days | |||||
On 12th October, 2018 I placed an order for an 1.2 ton Hitachi AC on Flipkart... payment got cleared but order showed error and did not get executed... since then I hv been following up since 10 days for refund but your team is unable to locate my amount.. I hv sent several mails and called up customer care who are least bothered and are postponing the resolution everyday. The Order No[protected]. Pl help me else I will hv to go legal as I am being charged interest on credit card. I will stop subscribing to Flipkart after 10 yrs. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Nov 24, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 23, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the amount has been debited from customer account, however, the order was not confirmed. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the amount has been reverted back to customer account. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
