I bought the about brought on 16th August which was delivered on 19th August and installed on 20th August. After installation i found the noise in the speaker system and it appears the quality of product is not good. I submitted request for return of this product on 22nd August and today a technician came from Jeeves consumer services and inspected the product and found my compliant true and genuine. Flipkart is giving option of replacement but I do not want a replacement and request to give me refund for this product so that i can buy some other better quality product from Flipkart.

Updated by anilgaur29 As per flipkart the return validity of this product is upto 29th August. I have bought this product online due to advantage of return option in case product quality is not good and i do not get value for money.

On the same day I bought another product Sony BDV E4100 and very happy with the product quality
