Hi I have purchased - PHILIPS- IRON STEAM BOX- GC-1010 in July -14. It is giving recurring problems and not working fine. During purchase itself I have asked for replacement and despite same product has been assigned. Verified Support Jul 20, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and got to know that he purchase (Philips GC1010 Steam Iron (Green)) in Aug, 2014. Customer says that the product is now not functioning and wants a replacement from Flipkart. So apologized for the inconvenience and informed him to contact the brand to get it fixed using manufacturer warranty. Customer agreed, So closing the complaint.
