[Resolved]  Flipkart — phone box was tampered and flipkart is not accepting replacement/refund

I have ordered a nokia 7.1 and received the product and the seal of the box was already opened. I have raised a replacement/refund request 5 times and all of them has been rejected saying that i didn't gave the consent to file fir for the lost product. Actually the product was not lost. The seal was just tampered.

While asking cs, why to file an fir etc., theu are not responding to my queries. They are saying foolish replies and forcing me to use an already opeened phone. Flipkart is cheating me with own knowledge.
