[Resolved] Flipkart — phone delivery | |||
I ordered redmi 7 pro on 30th september '19 and was expected to receive the order on 1st october '19. Today is 4th october and haven't received it yet. I paid the full amount via credit and this is the biggest mistake i did. I should have ordered on cash on delivery so that they have a fear of me rejecting the order. Another friend who lives behind my house ordered the same phone through cash on delivery and the next day she received the phone. Verified Support Dec 27, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the order has been delivered on October 06, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
