Dear sir, I have bought a new honor honor 6x (Gold, 64 gb) phone through flipkart (Order no-od[protected] and it has been delivered on 9th april 2018. The problem with the phone display defective issue (Calling display not show). Hi team i have disappointed with the defective honor product i kindly request for refund new mobile set or cash. Verified Support Sep 18, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the product delivered. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as the product was delivered to customer on (October 27, 2017), as per the sellers 10 days replacement policy, we shall not be able to accommodate customer request for return of the order. Requested customer to contact brand authorized service for further assistance. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
