[Resolved]  Flipkart — Phone not delivered inspite of skipping "promised date" twice

I placed an order for a phone when my phone seized to work. You can already understand how desperate the situation must have been. Flipkart's website showed a 2 day ETA for delivery. After placing the order, the delivery date furthered by 2 more days. Come the promised date of delivery, I was constantly reassured by the support staff that I shall receive my product by EOD. Yet, I didn't. All I got was emails and SMSs quoting "sorry for the inconvenience". After that, the day of delivery advanced by two more days and it's the second day in a row today since I haven't received my order.
One of the customer support staff said that this issue is arising because of the pandemic. But how come there are so many people complaining the same complaint for the same Bamnoli sorting centre as I have, and these complaints are not even from 2020, they go way back?
I am absolutely done with Flipkart.
