[Resolved] Flipkart — Phone speaker not working | |||
I had order the Karbonn Smart A12 Star mobile phone on September 21, 2014 with order id OD[protected]. Its hardly 3 months and the speakers are not working at all. There wasn't any kind of physical damage but still the phone speakers have stopped functioning from more than a week now. This phone is in warranty period so I request Flipkart to look into this asap. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jan 07, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he claims that mobile speaker is working and when checked the product is in Post replacement policy and informed customer to visit service center. Hence closing the case.
