Flipkart — Pick up and refund waiting since 10th october.

After acceptance of refund & pick up of Redmi 3s prime mobile by flipcart on 10th October, after 5 to 6 times of conversation with flipcart associates refund was accepted. I got pick up dates by flipcart more than 4 times and lots of apologies but still waiting for their courier partner to be pick up the item.
I am tired off and irritated by flipcart's worst service, I'm in problem by this as unable to go out of station or locate anywhere else. So writing against it.

Below are the Emails from flipcart:
1.Pickup has been scheduled for the original item/s and refund will be initiated once the pickup is done successfully. Our courier partner will pick the item/s below by Friday, 14 Oct'16.

2. 2nd given date was 16th october ( Details in sms)

3. 3rd given date was 19th october ( Details in sms)

4.We've accepted refund request for the following item/s in your order

Pickup has been scheduled for the original item/s and refund will be
initiated once the pickup is done successfully. Our courier partner will
pick the item/s below by Wednesday, 26 Oct'16.
