[Resolved] Flipkart — pixel 2 xl cashback not received

I bought a Google Pixel 2 XL on May 13, 2018 under the offer "Get Rs 10, 000 cashback on purchase of Pixel 2 XL using HDFC debit card". I never received any cashback. I was continuously in touch with Flipkart Customer Care and escalated the matter to the highest level. Refer to screenshots below with emails from them claiming that I will get my cashback before a specific date. This went for the better part of five months. They kept on pushing the deadline. Then suddenly I got a call from their executive saying that I am not eligible for the offer without giving any reason whatsoever. I have since contacted them again but got no response.
