[Resolved] Flipkart — pixel 2/didn't receive cashback | |||
Order no. Od[protected] google pixel2 on 7 dec They had a bank offer saying instant discount of ₹10, 000 with all bank debit and credit cards on purschase of google pixel2 I confirmed the offer with flipkart customer care he said pay the full amount then the offer will be valid But i didn’t receive the cash back yet And flipkart is denying me the fact that they had such offer and saying it was on selected banks. Verified Support Dec 24, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint because he didn't received the cash back amount. We interacted with the customer, apologies for the inconvenience and provide the cashback amount and informed that it will be reflecting in his account by 28th December hence closing the complaint from our end.
