Flipkart — Please do but MarQ brand flipkart products after sale services are worst. | |
I have purchased MarQ(Flipkart sub brand) washing machine and took 3years extended warranty as well. For this item installation they took 10days after delivering the product. Even after several calls flipkart not even responded. So mentioned in the review and they called me said like we are not adding those comments in review. Now after 10 months the washing machine is not working, raised a complaint to MarQ on 18th May 2020. They assigned to Jeeves team, they asked about washing machine complaint and after explaining they asked the photos of bill, washing machine and serial no barcode. Below is the assigned details for repair person.
