[Resolved] Flipkart — Please dont FOOL the Customer by CANCELLING the same product TWICE. | |||
I ordered Redmi 1s on 8th December 2014 and the delivery date given was 18th December. On 19th December i.e. after 11 days of the product registered the order was cancelled by Flipkart showing fake appologies about Courier Partner Unable whereas Flipkart product are delivered at my place. Again today on 22th December a phone call came from Flipkart promising that I will be delivered Redmi 1s in 1-2 days. I asked again about the surity of the product (You can check Phone Call recording if available) and your customer care executive twice assured me for that. And again my product is cancelled. What the hell do Flipkart think about the customer ? Do Flipkart have any respect regarding the customer ?? Order is cancelled once and again promised to be delivered and again cancelled ??? How can Flipkart Fool the customer by cancelling the same product twice ??? I am really sad about the worst service and the harrasement Flipkart has given to me by breaking the expectations. I HAVE MAILED THE SAME TO FLIPKART CUSTOMER CARE and waiting for their reply. Was this information helpful? | |||
