[Resolved]  Flipkart — poco f1 - rs 1000 cashback not received on hdfc bank credit card

I have purchased poco f1 phone on www.flipkart.com on august 29th, 2018 with hdfc bank credit card with order id od[protected]. And there was an offer rs. 1000 instant cash back on hdfc bank credit cards. I have not received the cash back amount of rs.1000. Also, i even called flipkart customer care multiple times regarding this issue but they are not providing the proper solution.

I received a mail for the first time when i registered a complaint through flipkart telephonic conversation. As per the mail, they would have resolved the issue till 5:00 pm 31st august 2018. But in that time period, i never received a single call or a message or mail from flipkart regarding the issue. After the waiting time was over the status of the incident was automatically changed to resolved.

3 incidents had been raised and 2 out of 3, flipkart had closed without resolution. I tried to contact them through twitter also but they always reply with their standard template tweet responses.

Flipkart executives and their senior executives keep on repeating the same thing that they are not capable of providing the solution and they have escalated the issues with the "team". The worst part is that the executives shamelessly hangs up the phone every time.

Customer raised a complaint related to offer issue. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the offer is not applicable as he made the payment after placing the order through Cash On Delivery. Required detail sent him through email. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
