[Resolved] Flipkart — poor delivery and customer service | |||
I have cancelled all of my orders placed recently due to lies told by customer services and delivery boys of Flipkart company regarding delivery of orders/ products. Nowadays the customer care of flipkart saying that ther have got lot of orders and i[censored] wish to cancel you can cancel anytime and we will process your refund immediately. looks like they haing earn more now and do not bother to deliver the order/products on time. Even the delivery boys behavior is very bad. This matters need to be held by CEO of the company or One day dam sure the company with collapse. I am very much frustrated while speaking the customer care of the company. Planing to write mail to the CEO of the company also. Very poor service. Verified Support Nov 29, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry to let you know that your order for the product 'Redmi Note 7 Pro (Neptune Blue, 64 GB)' has been canceled due to unforeseen reasons. We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has completed the refund on 18 Oct 19 and it should be reflecting in your credit card by now. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
