Flipkart — Poor Post Sales Services- Installation pending from last 9 days | |||
I had the worst online shopping experience with Flipkart ! Oder number- OD[protected]. Inspite of written commitment by flipkart for the installation of TV within 3 working days. I have'nt received a single call from the Installation team. My product (Micromax 32TFK18HD/T2222HD/28BKHD 81 cm (32) LED TV) was delivered on sunday and i was promised by the team that the product will be installed in next 3 working days. When the deadline expired i again gave them a reminder, and they asked me to wait for another 3 days and as before they again exceeded the deadline. now 1 week has passed and i am still waiting for my TV to be installed.
