According to the exchange offer they mentioned only that your old fridge of which brand and how much litter and it is a single door or double door. Further details are attached for your reference.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order has been cancelled by the courier service provider as the exchange product was not per the seller exchange policy. Hence, requested customer to place a fresh order and closing the complaint from our end.
