Flipkart — Problem with the phone (Moto x play) | |||||
This letter is in regards with the Order-Id OD[protected] i.e for Moto X Play. There are scratches on the bezels of my phone and I had reported for the same with your concerned team. I'm still under the Flipkart 30 days return policy but still the flipkart concerned team says that they had freeze my account([protected]@gmail.com) due to multiple replacement and hence are not giving me any solution. I had gone with the replacement because I was having problem with the phone and not as an hobby to do so. I had mentioned about the problem with their concerned team whenever I went with the replacement. Their concerned team never informed me that if I go with the replacement they will freeze my account. They freeze my account saying that it is under their policy but are nor ready to disclose where this policy's are mentioned I had paid the amount for the brand new phone and not for the used(Second Hand ) phone. I expected for a best support from their team but it was the worst ever experience. I hope I can get the solution from the consumer complaints. Please look into matter and help me with the same. Just got a call from flipkart in relation with the mail you have forwarded to them. They are still not providing me the refund/replacement and are saying the same thing that they have deactivated(freeze) my account and hence won't provide me any solution. They are still forcing me to use the same used product they have provided to me.
Please look into the matter and help me with the same.
