[Resolved]  Flipkart — Product Cancellation-Conducted Fake sales and fooling the customers

Hi,

I have purchased the product on (Karcher K 2.050 Pressure Washer) on Flipkart on 29 October 2020 in the Sale.
At the time of product purchasing in the site it was showing that IN STOCK only . After done the purchase with the price of 2644 with my axis bank debit card in the offer . I received the email for ordered confirmation.
But today 31 October 2020 FLIPKART was cancelled my order stating that " product went out of stock " so product will not delivered to you we are processing the Refund. Without having proper stock why flipkart is conducting fake sales. Means they are fooling the customers.

And I spoked with customer care executive on 10:44pm on 31/10/2020. Customer care executive told me that " your ordered is cancelled due to wrong offers listed by the seller ".
Why you listing wrong offers . With your wrong offer why your cheating the customers.

Listing the wrong offers is your mistake. But why you cancelled my product stating that " Since the item went out of stock, it was cancelled".

Flipkart are you doing the business or fooling the customers.

Still the product was in stock. Today I called flipkart customer care . They are saying that .
" Actually your order was cancelled due miss configuration of the offer ".
Every executive is telling different story in each time.
Some times out of stock and some times technical glitch and some times Offer misconfigured.

Flipkart should initiate the new order with same previous price only.

Request you to note down the ARN: 74056630306030567595335. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.
