Flipkart — Product cancelled at delivery date

I have ordered an ac from flipkart on sale. They have given an instant 2000 off and further i have also opted for no cost emi. But on the delivery date without any prior information just a message comes that your order had been cancelled. Howcome could they do so??
I have been waiting for about a week for the ac to be delivered and at the delivery time you just say we cannnot deliver it. Was my address not visible to them earlier that they not know where to deliver. Such an experience from company is higly regreted. Its such a high time and too hot also and at this time you cancelled the order without any prior info. Can you think that we were just waiting for the ac and at the delivery date you just cancel the shipment giving some invalid reasons. Howcome you can do it on your own.
The company should pay for such uncomforts to the consumer. 😠😠😠

Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your credit card before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care with the reference number (067304) using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
