[Resolved]  Flipkart — product cancelled without intimation

Dear sir,
I, sunny narang have booked a phone on flipkart vide order id od[protected] dated 17/04/2017 for inr 13999 paid through my debit card. Its expected delivery was on 20th april but i got a message for on same day of booking your order has been cancelled and amount has been refunded in source account. After that i called to your customer care :

Further conversation is as below –
Me - how did you cancel my order without intimated me?
He answer - seller did so due to limited stock
I asked if the stock was limited then why seller has accepted order/ approved the order?
He answer – sir, i don’t know but i have raised your concern to our technical team they will call you and resolve this by 2 days i. E by 19th april 2: 30 pm (Log id is in[protected]]
Me : i asked from last one moth i was trying to purchase this phone but i was not successful when i was successful you people has cancelled my order. I need my phone
He answer : once order is cancelled, it can not be shipped on same order id
Me : it means i need to do struggle once again for one month
He answer ; sorry sir, we can not do anything but we have escalated this issue.
O 19th april 2019, i got the reply from flipkart.com [[protected]@flipkart.com]
“we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account”
Here they have given another reason that due to reselling they have cancelled my order where on 17th april due to limited stock it was cancelled. Even without knowing any reason they disable my account so that i could not have contact to flipkart. Hence flipkart has shut down all the option to contact to them
Then again i write the mail to flipkart on same email if through which i got reply ([protected]@flipkart.com) as follow :
“you tell. How i can sale the product. For your information by profession i am chartered accountant has my own office in hisar (Haryana). I need phone my personal/ office use. Where there is point of reselling of product. I am not in the business of selling these products. How you people have assumed that i would sale this phone. Please send my phone otherwise i have to move at consumer court/ higher court for the harassment i m facing since 17/04/2019. Earlier you people were telling due to limited stock your ordered has been cancelled now you people are saying due to reselling. On what basis you people assume??
You please tell me whether can i get this phone or not so that i can take further course of action.
Whatever documents you need i can provide you.

Again i got the reply from ([protected]@flipkart.com) as follow on 22nd april 2019 :
“we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account”

Today is 24/04/2019. I did not get any response from flipkart even they have blocky my flipkart id. Facing mentally harassment since 17/04/2019 and nobody is listening to me. Even flipkart is saying i am seller without giving the chance of opportunity of being heard. Kindly provide me compensation of rs 1, 00, 000 and give the such punishment to flipkart so that it does not happen to anybody. Flipkart is making fun of people. It should be closed.

Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
