[Resolved] Flipkart — product change | |||||
My name is jitendra kumar naik. On 13 march 2017 i pay 13499 online for lenovo vib k5 note. When i received order i open it and there is no phone in side. I has a water over flow alarm. I call customer care and they insure me that soon my product will pick up. But no one came to picked it up. I try to call them but soon after few days my account been closed and i was no longer login and call to flipkart. No money return, no phone, no call. I have been doing shopping for 7 years now in this site. I trust this site as best in online shop but now it is just another company who like to rob old customer. I heat you flipkart. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.
