Please provide clarification of pending orders which is still not delivered.
1. Mi max 2 (Black, 64 gb), i have received last communication that team is looking into mater and then i am not able to log in, as account is blocked from end so no issue can be raised on portal. I am not able to reset password also as it is showing unable to update
2. Not getting invoice has lead to loss of rs.30000 plus
3. I am mentally harassed by no response from your customer care despite several reminders and just met with accident.
4. Provide me order details for delivery of different model mobile delivered and which was supposed to be replaced.
5. All delivery which was returned was not delivered to self and as account was locked could not track them or raise request
6. I have received information that you are linking my account to some unknown number and claiming as mine. Please veirify.
