[Resolved]  Flipkart — product delivery - flipkart

Please provide clarification of pending orders which is still not delivered.

1. Mi max 2 (Black, 64 gb), i have received last communication that team is looking into mater and then i am not able to log in, as account is blocked from end so no issue can be raised on portal. I am not able to reset password also as it is showing unable to update

2. Not getting invoice has lead to loss of rs.30000 plus

3. I am mentally harassed by no response from your customer care despite several reminders and just met with accident.

4. Provide me order details for delivery of different model mobile delivered and which was supposed to be replaced.

5. All delivery which was returned was not delivered to self and as account was locked could not track them or raise request
6. I have received information that you are linking my account to some unknown number and claiming as mine. Please veirify.

I have already dropped you mail on oct 17, nov 7 and many call and reminders on your customer service but no response.

My flipkart account has been deactivated and now i want be activate it but it is not activate it but it's not activating my flipkart account connected with my mobile no. It is not connected with email and when i enters
The mobile no and password he saw me "account is inactive contact the costomer
Support to reactivate it"

Complaint : customer account blocked and one replacement product delivery pending

Solution : Interacted with the customer, after all the investigation done from our team unable to support customer requirement hence clsoing

Delivery Pending but no action taken.just blocking customer so that he cannot raise request on portal, there is no dedicated email id as well
No update on phone that is not delivered at all
How come Flipkart survive if customer satisfaction is not there and no response taken.
Closing request without resolution
Please send me investigation report so that action is taken according.
