[Resolved] Flipkart — product delivery late and getting calls to cancel the product. | |||
Hello team, I ordered a piegeon ultra glass stove worth 1798 inr in big billion days from flipkart (Order id: [protected]). It was ordered on 4th oct and it was supposed to get delivered on 19th oct which is already a little late for delivery. However, i never received a call from ecom express (Delivery partner of flipkart). I called customer service multiple times but they only have me false promises and asked for 24 hours or 48 hours of time for delivery. I raised an escalation complaint with flipkart (Compalint#[protected] with a representative named akshay and escalation engineer named reshma. It has been 12 more days since the expected date of delivery and now for past 2 days, i have been getting suggestions to cancel the delivery. Why would i do it. It is a prepaid delivery and instead of compensating for the delay i have been asked to cancel it. Was this information helpful? | |||
