[Resolved] Flipkart — product delivery missing | |||
Od[protected] as per order i'd i had purchased product worth rs 14500 under prepaid mode in big billion days and it is shipped on 5 october 2019 from farukhnagar warehouse through ekart logistics, the tragedy biggining then, after that no delivery movement till the time from farooknagar. I think it is lost at farooknagar. But every time they say it is delivery soon. First extended date of delivery is 19 october, then extended delivery date 22 october. What can i do? Today is 19 October 2019. Seller has not shipped new phone or delivery not moved from farooknagar. In this situation they can not delivery the product on 22 October 2019, I am sure. I will update further situation timely
