[Resolved] Flipkart — product has not yet been delivered and the customer care asking to cancel and reorder | |||||
Dear sir, I have placed an order from flip kart (Nikon af-s nikkor 50mm f/1.8g lens) on 08/10/2017 and the expected date of delivery is 14/10/2017. For knowing the status of delivery called the customer care and asked whereabouts of it and came to know that the order has been misrouted and i need to cancel the order, again place the order. The status of tracking in the system is showing that the product is been misrouted in the same city, so if it is the same city why can't this product and why i need to cancel the product and place the order again. That means the product is physically not moved and showing fake tracking status in the system as the courier service is also owned by flip-kart (E-kart logistics), no contact details available in the for this courier service. Please look into and teach these type of e-commerce sites a lesson.
