Hi, My name is magesh kadam. I got received my product with damage screen so please request you provide me new device or refund. As my product is out of replacement period i am not able to replace it from flipkart. Even samsung gallery staff is not coordinating with us properly. Please support and provide proper services. Verified Support Aug 23, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer, Informed it is out of policy and hence it is a physical damage it will not be covered under warranty, customer stated he have already given it for service. Closing the case, pitched the survey.
