[Resolved] Flipkart — product is not delivered on promised date

I have recently order a phone from flipkart website and it suppose to reach me by 4th and that's how i plan to visit my hometown after collecting phone but now whole plan is spoiled just because i didn't get product today. When i tracked the product on their website, it showed that product is out for delivery on 4th and i waited for whole day but at the end of day, this particular line was removed. Which is really annoying. I didn't get any agent/delivery person number to contact him and it is really unexpected from flipkart. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Verified Support Dec 27, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order has been cancelled by the courier service provider due to unforeseen logistics issues. Hence, requested customer to place a fresh order and closing the complaint from our end.
