Flipkart — Product not delivered and rejected refund request on Flipkart. | |
I ordered a Samsung EVO plus 500GB SSD Order ID - OD[protected] from FLIPKART on 2nd October 2021. It was shipped along with two other products in the same package. When I opened the delivered package, I found only two products and this SSD was missing. I raised multiple refund request but it was rejected by the seller saying insufficient documents recieved despite I've sent all the related ID card they've asked for. And called customer care more than 50 times. Now they denied to log the return request because of policy. I request you to investigate the matter and do the needful. Flipkart is running a scam now.
