[Resolved] Flipkart — Product not delivered flipkart | |||||
Hi, I had ordered a MOTO G5 Plus through flipkart: order date : 16/03/2017 ekart Logistics : FMPP[protected] . This product had been showing as delivered to me even though I did not get the product, it was supposed to be delivered on my office address and I was not available in my office as it was a Sunday. I did not even got a call from the delivery person asking about my availability or informing about my product availability. Can someone please guide me to getting this resolved? Flipkart is saying, they have refunded the amount( without any proof)and its an issue at the banks end but the bank is saying if they got refund the same will be reflected in my statement. I am in a big trouble beacuse of these corporate beacuse of their ignorance of these issues.
