[Resolved] Flipkart — Product not delivered in time. | |||
I have ordered Samsung EHS44ASSBECINU Wired Headset on 4th Jan 2015. And from last 9 day the status is same ie.."Your item has been packed." And same status is showing from 6th Jan 2015. I had complaint twice but still not getting any response. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jan 13, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling customer no response, customer claims that product from 6th Jan its in shipped status. Escalted the issue to concern team and once issue is resolved then closing the case.
