[Resolved] Flipkart — Product not delivered on given time. | |||||
I ordered memory card and the message came that it will be delivered by 31st jan 2017.But it did not come on even 31st january and sms came that they were unable to get response from the customer.They are doing late delivery and blaming the customers. The delivery service was Ekart logistics Harmu, Ranchi, Jharkhand.I am very disappointed. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Mar 20, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 16, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and informed we have attempt delivery before promise TAT but customer told he didn't got any call hence informed it wont repeat again.
