[Resolved] Flipkart — product not delivered second time | |||
I ordered the redmi note 7 pro on the 31st of july costing 13999rs. Order number is od[protected]. On the 31st tracking details showed that the product has been dispatched from bangalore. On the 1st of august it said "your order has been dispatched from the flipkart facility" from a place called surathkal which is 20 minutes away from where i stay in mangalore. On the 2nd of august, which was the delivery day, the tracking details said "your order has arrived at our flipkart facility", this is again in surathkal. Now suddenly it said "your order could not be delivered today and will be delivered in the next 3 days". The bummer was when it suddenly said " Your order has been dispatched from the flipkart facility", on the 2nd of august again. Called the customer care twice and they told they are going to look at what has happened and will update me but no updates. I have to call them and ask every time. My phone broke due to which i had to order a new phone in emergency and it said the phone would reach in 2 days. Reason for this complaint is, this is happening for the second time with me. The previous time in the month of january i had ordered a mechanical pencil which costed 911rs. Same thing happened and i was give the same reason only to be following up every single day to hear the customer care people say "we are looking at it" every single time. Finally after many days when i called them they said that the first time the product went missing and now the seller doesnt have it in stock. All this atleast 15 days after the delivery date. Not once was i given any update without me calling flipkart and making it look like the customer is begging for the product. The customer service again is horrible and is not at all professional. I have had very bad experience with flipkart and i need an update, a real one. Also i do not want to wait and listen to reason and then finally get asked to wait even more while the concerned department looks through the problem and what not. I need the product on time which flipkart has failed multiple time in my case to do so and hence i want a relevant action taken against this kind of irresponsible behavior towards customers and their orders.
