[Resolved] Flipkart — product not delivered showing as delivered | |||
I had ordered matress OD[protected] on 22.09 and paid through SBI card .Not delivered but suddenly mailed me product has been delivered on 13.10.called Flipkart customer service several times for getting the product but now they process refund request along with return the product. Verified Support Dec 03, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer, apologized for the trouble. She informed that product is delivered yesterday. Hence, closing the complaint.
