Flipkart — product not delivered within promised date and time

I ordered poco f1 by xiaomi (Armoured edition, 128 gb) on[protected]. Flipkart promised to deliver it by[protected] within 11 am. But so far it is not delivered. When i tracked the item it showed the following ststus as product misroute (Same city misrouted). No response from the flipkart.

customer has raised the concern with regards to the delay in delivery as we have interacted with the customer
and we have escalated this issue to the courier service provider and customer has confirmed that he has received the product hence closing the complaint from our end.
