Flipkart — Product not delivering assuming customer has entered false information

I have purchased Samsung On Nxt smartphone through flipkart app against exchanging my old samsung mobile grand neo 19060.
while purchasing through app, I have not entered any details manually but the app has captured the details automatically.
now when the delivery boy comes with actual new mobile, he found invoice with mobile name Samsung Grand instead of Samsung Grand Neo and because of same he has refused to delivered the same.
I called up your tollfree spoken with Umang Gupta and Hemangi Vajpayi from excalation team, but those were not in mood to listen and believe me that i have not entered any details manually. if you can check you, there are 2 options comes while exchanging the mobile, one where the user using mobile details are captured automatically and second where user has to entered details manually.
in my case the EMIE no also matching, but just because the mobile hand set name differ, your customer executives think I am lying and I have entered wrong information. being Diwali season, I was eagerly waiting for mobile handset, but just because of internal manual error happened while generating the invoice, you have scrured up my Diwali season.
your tagg line "Ab har wish hogi puri", is not suits to you.
Please confirm the direct email id of Mukesh Bansal, if you are not able to resolve my issue, so that I can share my "ab har wish hogi puri" experience.
This is not first time I have ordered from flipkart, so being one of the existing customer your customer support team should respect and listen and not to make him false or liar.
